About the role
The Digital Systems Lead supports the delivery, improvement and ongoing operation of business systems, integrations, data processes, reporting, automation and digital platforms across ABL.
You’ll play an important role in modernising legacy systems and processes, supporting secure and reliable platforms, and improving how technology enables the business.
Success in the role will require strong analytical and problem-solving skills, sound technical capability and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system, data, integration, reporting and process solutions. In office attendance will be required.
About you
You’ll have strong experience across a range of business systems and technologies, including:
Database administration (DBA)
Systems integration – experience designing, supporting and troubleshooting integrations, including APIs.
Business intelligence and reporting – experience with Microsoft Power BI, including reporting, dashboards and data visualisation.
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems – experience supporting ERP platforms; exposure to Aderant would be highly regarded.
Integration platforms – Boomi experience (InTapp knowledge is favourable)
Cloud environments and migrations – supporting business systems through cloud migration, transition and optimisation.
In-house applications – confidence supporting, maintaining and enhancing internally developed systems and applications.
Technical documentation – a strong commitment to producing clear, practical and well-maintained system, process and support documentation.
AI development tools – Confident using modern tools, such as ChatGPT Codex, to enhance productivity, efficiency and quality of delivery.
This role would suit a motivated and adaptable technology all-rounder who is comfortable working autonomously, taking ownership and moving between BAU support, troubleshooting, systems improvement and project delivery.
