The Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice

About the role
A rare opportunity exists for a lawyer (1–4 years PQE) to join our Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice in Melbourne.
In this role you will work closely with our litigation partners and directly with clients on complex, challenging and high-profile commercial disputes. You will gain hands-on experience across all stages of litigation, contributing to strategic advice and the conduct of significant matters.
About you

proven experience and knowledge of commercial litigation disputes as a lawyer gained in private practice in either in Australia or an overseas jurisdiction);

sound judgement and a proactive, innovative and outcome-focused approach to work; and
the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
