The Role
A full-time opportunity exists for a Legal Secretary, working onsite in the office. Working closely with our partners, lawyers, and their clients, your duties will include:
Drafting, formatting and collating legal documents, including commercial contracts, deeds and agreements;
Preparing correspondence, memos and email communications;
Managing client and internal communications via phone and email;
Handling timesheet entry and supporting billing and client account preparation;
Coordinating file and diary management, including scheduling and travel arrangements;
Maintaining electronic filing systems, including email and document management;
Overseeing file maintenance, archiving and records management; and
Providing general administrative support as required.
You will join a close-knit and collaborative team, working with a diverse range of dynamic clients.
About You
You are an experienced Legal Secretary who brings a committed, proactive, and service-oriented approach to your work. You have exceptional organisational and communication skills, ensuring that you can prioritise tasks efficiently and manage competing deadlines with ease.
The ideal candidate will have experience in timesheet entry and client billing preparation, with a keen eye for detail. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are dedicated to providing the best possible support, always aiming to exceed expectations.
Experience with iManage and Aderant Expert is advantageous.
